TRAC Bilingual Clinician (Temporary)

The TRAC Bilingual Clinician for the TRAC Shelter, under close supervision of the Lead Clinician, is responsible for:

  • Conducting a mental health assessment for all unaccompanied children (UC) in the TRAC Program, to enhance the optimal emotional well-being of each child; identify and treat UC with mental health symptoms and provide crisis intervention. Provide ongoing individual and group psychotherapy.
  • Develop Individual Service Plans (ISP) and 30 day Reviews and Updates.
  • Provide clinical input in order to ensure that each child is receiving the most appropriate individual and group supervision.
  • Participate in Weekly Rounds Meetings to formulate mental health treatment plans.

Program Supervisor, Mental Health Call Center

Multnomah County invites applications for: Program Supervisor, Mental Health Call Center

The Mental Health and Addiction Services Division (MHASD) builds and maintains the public behavioral health system of care in Multnomah County. MHASD is the Local Mental Health Authority responsible for crisis and safety net services, it provides direct clinical services to children and youth in school and other settings, and operates Multnomah Mental Health, the county's health plan responsible for managing the Medicaid mental and addiction health benefit of more than 130,000 Oregon Health Plan members in Multnomah County. MHASD contracts with more forty individual behavioral health providers and agencies, manages a budget of over 100 million from federal, state and county revenue streams.

The Call Center is staffed by Master's-level QMHP eligible clinicians; known as Acute Care Coordinators or Mental Health Consultants and QMHA eligible Case Managers. They answer and triage the following distinct telephone lines that ring into the Call Center, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year:

Mental Health Clinician

The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville is seeking a mental health clinician for the Pat Walker Health Center’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). Clinical duties include individual, couple, and group counseling, emergency mental health services, consultation with university community, and clinical supervision of graduate students. Additional duties include clinical disposition activities, staff meetings, and clinical documentation, coordination of specific areas (i.e., group, outreach, training, etc.) and other duties as assigned by the CAPS director or assistant director for clinical services. CAPS at the University of Arkansas is in the early stages of establishing a Doctoral Internship in Health Psychology. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a Doctoral Internship in Health Service Psychology, including the process of pursing APA accreditation. Bilingual Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

We are seeking Clinical Social Workers/Clinical Care Managers for the federally funded grant project, "Enhancing Systems of Care" (E-SOC). The purpose of this role is to deliver integrated care to children with mental health needs and their families onsite within primary care. Care Managers will work collaboratively with primary care to provide clinical evaluations and consultation, in coordination with child psychiatry and family support specialists. Care will be based upon individualized goals, and be community based. Clinical Care Managers will work with families to create Child and Family Teams, if needed, for at-risk youth, and ensure quality through comprehensive care planning processes. This position will report to the Supervisor, Clinical Care Manager.
